10/01/10 - 10/02/10 - Bethlehem, PA
Designed for those who have taken the dental sleep medicine course or who are actively treating patients. This exciting advanced conference is two full days. The first morning will be an extensive literature review. Relevant literature will be sent to you in advance of the course. In the afternoon of the first morning we will have case presentations of difficult cases, many involving muscle, and/or joint pain and some with occlusal changes. There will be an extensive section on practice management and insurance. Participants will be given the opportunity to present cases at this time. This provides a great opportunity to exchange ideas and help with challenging situations. Advanced concepts including combination therapy and complex sleep apnea will be reviewed
Sleep physicians and technicians will present on the second day. We will learn more about signal reading in a PSG, as well as specific tops from several well versed sleep physicians. Dr. Glassman will present this day as well on a topic germane to dental sleep medicine.
This is a one of a kind opportunity in terms of advanced dental sleep medicine courses. Consider taking advantage of the viewing day before the course where you can spend the whole day observing both pain management and dental sleep medicine as it is practiced in the Allentown Pain Center’s model.
