| Injection Course |
The Allentown Pain Center Seminars is thrilled to announce a one of a kind course to teach injection therapy for patients with chronic pain, ligament insertion injuries, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction. While there have been courses given in injection therapy, there have been no courses that have given each participant ample opportunity to perform the injections taught. This three day course is designed to fully explain all the injections and techniques and then have each participant inject patients provided. An entire injection manual that includes not only the theory of the injections taught but a comprehensive equipment list and technique description will be helpful when the participants return to their respective offices.Unhealed ligament insertions, the weak link of the musculoskeltal system, may very well be a major contributing factor to our patient's pain pattern. The increase in sympathetic tone created by unresolved injuries resulting in the release of specific neurotransmitters is often playing a significant role in our patient's pain pattern where, as is often the case in these chronic pain patterns, the site and source of the pain differ. Rather than unsuccessfully chasing this pain pattern according to symptom reports, the trained practitioner can learn to uncover these critical injuries and treat them accordingly. In addition, ganglion injections can directly effect autonomic balance. When to use sphenopalatine injection, how to perform them, and how to have patients utilize blocks with aqueous lidocaine drips will be thoroughly reviewed. The lecture will include information on the key role of parafunctional control. Materials will be provided to insert NTI’s and B Splints as well as MAPA’s for the patient’s who may benefit from such therapy.
Finally an injection course that includes injections! Limited Enrollment! In addition to the manual, an entire injection supply kit will be waiting for you when you arrive back to your offices so you can begin to use these techniques immediately. Also enclosed is a complete re-order sheet for your convenience. You will also receive an NTI Trial Kit. scheduleFriday 8:30AM - 5PM - Theory of Injections: (Learning Lunch Provided)
