Dr, Glassman now offers a private, fee based forum, to discuss "Chronic Pain and TM Joint Dysfunction" and "Dental Sleep Medicine". This forum is designed for those who have taken Dr. Glassman’s courses and/or have a true interest in discussing and learning the techniques that comprise the model of pain management and joint dysfunction developed at the Allentown Pain Center. For many years, Dr. Glassman has answered questions from many dentists around the world, helping them in any way he could. This had become an overwhelming task that consumed more and more time as Dr. Glassman’s teaching and travel schedule increased. In order to resolve this issue, this forum has been developed. There are many exciting features of the forum. First and foremost, when a question is asked, it is no longer purely a private matter, but others on the forum will gain from the question and its answer as well. There will be a permanent record of the questions and answers. In addition, there are many talented and knowledgeable dentists on the forum who are well acquainted with the Allentown model as well as their own concepts and are willing to share their feelings in response to your questions as well. We are busily adding forms to be downloaded. These are forms developed at the Pain Center which you are free to use and adjust in any way. Feel free to take the forms and replace the practice information with yours! If there are forms that you want that aren’t there, be sure to request them. In short order, most of our forms will be on line and available. Finally, Dr. Don Malizia has taken over the literature review portion and will weekly add a paper that is open for discussion. The subject matter will include pain and sleep issues. Several members on the forum will be notified by email when a new post is made, so the response time will usually be rather immediate.
